You can buy this printer for Yen 6500 in the US. This I think shows the true value of the machine. You will find that more ink is used by the printer cleaning itself than is printed to paper, and the ink tanks are so small. I would advise you to stock up on ink, BUT the machine itself is delicate so you might have to throw it away before you have chance to use it..
Mine started making big noises and, gave me error 6C10 telling me to take it back to canon. Not wanting to spend hours carrying it around town, I found the reset code on a forum. Not the Canon one of course. They would have pressed the buttons, kept me waiting a week and charged me Yen 10,000. I include this just in case you run into this problem. It prints great pictures but when the honeymoon is over...... 1. Start with printer off 2. Press and hold resume Button (triangle in the circle) and click “Power” button. Green led should be on 3. While holding the Power button, release the Resume Button. 4. Without releasing the Power Button, click “Resume” button for two times and release Both Buttons. 5. Click “Resume” for four times then soon click “Power” button, to confirm the selected action (reset counter absorber). 6. Turn off the printer and turn on again Canon PIXUS インクジェットプリンタ iP4700 PR |
